Capsicum Rice



Ingredients:

Rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Capsicum - 1
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Salt

Method:
Cook 1 cup rice with 2 cups of water in cooker & let it cool.
Fry capsicum in a pan .
Once it gets fried , add pepper & salt & switch off..
Mix the rice with it.
Serve with raita & chips

Pepper helps in controlling common cold,cough ..
